摘 要:在轨运行航天器上的实验载荷面对的是航天器内的微重力环境。由于扰动传递到实验载荷上会影响实验的有效性,因此,需要对实验载荷采取一定的振为隔离手段。主动隔振能够有效隔离低至0.01Hz的扰动,成为微重力隔振技术的发展方向。国外多种隔振装置的研制成功,对我国航天实验载荷的主动隔振装置研制具有借鉴作用。In orbit, spacecrafts are subject to various disturbances that leads to experiment payloads have to face undesirable microgravity environment. Because the disturbances passing on the experiment payloads will affect the effectiveness of science experiments, it is necessary to take some vibration isolation measures for payloads. Active vibration isolation, which can effectively isolate the disturbance as low" as 0.01Hz, is leading the trend for the future microgravity vibration isolation development. Since 1990s, several vibration isolation equipments have been developed successfully from abroad. But the research of microgravity active vibration isolation equipment have just begun in China in recent years.
