HPLC法测定补虚颗粒中升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立补虚颗粒中升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Kromasil C18色谱柱,甲醇-水-三乙胺(37∶63∶0.1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:升麻素苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的线性范围分别为2.8-224μg·mL-1(r=0.9995)和3.15-252μg·mL-1(r=0.9993);平均回收率分别为99.52%与100.6%。结论:该方法简单,结果准确、可靠,可以作为该制剂质量控制的一项重要指标。Objective： To establish a tonic glycosides from Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4＇-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol method for determination of glycosides.Methods： HPLC method with Kromasil C18 column,methanol-water-triethylamine（37∶63∶0.1） as mobile phase,flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃.Results： Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin and 4＇-O-beta-Glucopyranosyl-5-O-Methylvisamminol linear ranges were 2.8-224 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9995） and 3.15-252 μg·mL^-1（r=0.9993）;average recoveries were 99.52% and 100.6%.Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and reliable quality control of the preparation can be used as an important indicator.
