摘 要:以5个大蒜品种为试材,观察测定了不同大蒜品种鳞芽分化与植株形态特征的相关性。结果表明:不同品种的大蒜鳞芽分化形成时期、鳞芽数量存在明显差异。用SPSS软件对鳞芽分化形成与植株形态特征进行统计分析发现,晚熟大蒜品种新疆紫皮蒜和澳引vf688的鳞芽分化形成与叶宽和叶数具有显著的正相关性。新疆紫皮蒜的叶宽2.2 cm、叶数6~7片,澳引vf688的叶宽3.8 cm、叶数7~8片时鳞芽刚刚分化形成;而早熟和中熟品种鳞芽分化较早,金乡白皮蒜8叶、叶宽3.1 cm,苍山蒲棵、二水早9.7叶、叶宽3.5~3.9cm时,鳞芽已分化形成。Five garlic varieties were used to study the correlation of bulbil differentiation and plant morphological characteristics.The results showed that bulbil differentiation and formation periods and bulbil number were significant different in different garlic varieties.The statistical analysis by SPSS software showed that there were significant positive correlations of bulbil differentiation and formation with leaf width and leaf number in late mature garlic varieties,such as Xinjiang purple and Aoyin vf688.When the leaf width was 2.2 cm,leaf number was 6~7 in Xinjiang purple,and the leaf width was 3.8 cm,leaf number was 7~8 in Aoyin vf688,the bubil differentiation had just formed.But in the early and middle mature garlic varieties,the bulbil differentiation was earlier.For example,when the leaf number was 8,the leaf width was 3.1 cm in Jinxiang white,and the leaf number was 9.7,the leaf width was 3.5~3.9 cm in Cangshanpuke and Ershuizao,the bulbil differentiation had formed.
