摘 要:试验研究硝酸铵、碳酸氢铵和尿素三种氮肥及用量对潍县萝卜硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:潍县萝卜的硝酸盐含量与施肥量呈正相关,而亚硝酸盐含量与施肥量无正相关关系;不同氮肥处理对潍县萝卜硝酸盐含量的影响,以硝酸铵处理较高,尿素处理居中,碳酸氢铵较低,但均高于对照;三种氮肥处理,对潍县萝卜亚硝酸盐含量影响的大小顺序为尿素>碳酸氢铵>硝酸铵。The influences of different application rates of ammonium nitrate,ammonium hydrogen carbonate and urea on the contents of nitrate and nitrite in Weixian radish were studied.The results showed that the nitrate content positively correlated with the nitrogen application rate,while the nitrite content did not positively correlate with the nitrogen application rate.The effect of ammonium nitrate on the nitrate content was the highest,then was urea,ammonium hydrogen carbonate and CK in turn.The effect on the nitrite content declined by the usage of urea,ammonium hydrogen carbonate and ammonium nitrate in turn.
