摘 要:在氮镉交互作用下,采用3种(双氰胺、石灰和有机肥)改良剂,研究其对番茄品质、硝酸盐和镉的积累的影响。结果表明:3种改良剂均能提高番茄干物质、葡萄糖和蔗糖的含量,但却降低了可溶性糖的含量;施用石灰显著降低了蛋白质和柠檬酸的含量,其它2个处理则相反;施用双氰胺显著降低VC的含量,而施用石灰和有机肥则显著提高VC含量;施用双氰胺和石灰能显著降低番茄果实中硝酸盐和镉的累积,施用有机肥则相反。A pot experiment was conducted to study interactive effects of nitrogen application and cadmium contamination on quality of tomato under several modifiers. The results showed that the three modifiers(dicyandiamide,organic fertilizer and liming) could all set up the content of dry matter,glucose and sucrose. But they reduced the level of soluble sugar. Liming treatment reduced measurably the protein and citric acid content, the other two with the other. Applying dicyandiamide could significantly decrease in vitamin C, on the contrary, applying liming and organic fertilizer couid significantly increase in vitamin C. Dieyandiamide and liming treatment could significantly decrease the content of nitrate and cadmium in the tomato,applying organic fertilizer was the contrary.
