摘　　要：为了实现球面光学零件的数字化测量,介绍了一种用高性能CCD代替人眼,结合测量软件自动测量的新方法。可测量的参数包括正负透镜的焦距、球面曲率半径、中心偏等,具有精度高和重复性好的优点。数字化测量减轻了测量劳动强度,提高了工作效率。For the purpose of measuring the spherical lens in digitization way,one new method in CCD way rather than eye way supported by software is introduced here.The instrument can be used to measure the focal length,surface radius,and center deviation error of both positive and negative lens.Precision and repeatability of the measurement is reformed.Measurement in digitization way can release the hard labor and improve the efficiency.
