摘　　要：结合具体的数控设备主轴故障,叙述了故障的分析与维修过程,以及PLC在故障定位中的具体应用。指出了进行设备故障大定位,修前调查是极为重要的一步。同时指出,做好接口信号状态变化流程图在数控设备故障维修中的重要性。With the special breakdown of CNC main axle,this article introduces how to analysis and service the breakdown and the application of PLC on location the concrete fault.Then the paper point out the importance of the flow chart which indicate the change of connection signal in the whole service process.
