摘 要:针对同沟敷设埋地管道的传热特点,采用有限体积法对成品油管道和原油管道同沟敷设的非稳态传热规律进行了数值模拟,计算分析了成品油管道和原油管道间距、埋深及成品油油温等因素对同沟敷设管道传热规律的影响。结果表明:管道间距的增加能够有效降低原油管道管壁平均散热热流密度,在管道间距增大到一定程度时,原油管道管壁平均热流密度趋于饱和状态;管道埋深的增加,能够降低成品油管道管壁和原油管道管壁的平均散热热流密度,增加成品油的吸热量和管道传热参数对地表温度波动响应的延迟时间;成品油管道油温的升高,能够有效降低原油管道管壁的平均热流密度。According to the heat transfer characteristic of laying buried pipelines in one ditch,the unsteady heat transfer law of crude oil pipeline and products oil pipeline laid in one ditch is numerically simulated by the finite volume method.Calculation analysis on im-pacting factors such as the distance between crude oil pipeline and products oil pipeline,buried depth and products oil temperature on the heat transfer law of pipeline laid in one ditch has been carried out.The analysis results show that increasing the distance between pipes can effectively decrease the average heat flux of heat dissipation from the wall of crude oil pipeline.When the dis-tance between pipes is bigger to a certain value,the average heat flux of heat dissipation from the wall of crude oil pipeline tends to a saturation state.Increasing the buried depth of pipeline can decrease the average heat flux of heat dissipation from the wall of crude oil pipeline and products oil pipeline,further it can also increase the absorbed heat of products oil and the delay time for pipeline heat transfer coefficient to respond to the change of surface temperature.Increasing products oil temperature can effec-tively decrease the average heat flux of heat dissipation from the wall of crude oil pipeline.
