摘  要:EPC承包商应用ISO12944进行喷漆涂装系统设计,基本步骤包括:确定腐蚀环境、确定期望保护年限、选择漆料种类和涂层厚度。在防腐施工过程中,关键工序的质量控制很重要,需确保施工环境和表面处理满足要求,控制双组分涂料的配比和配制过程;根据环境温度和产品性能进行喷涂、固化和再涂敷作业;厚度控制和最终检验严格执行相关标准,同时确保施工安全。在满足招标文件最低要求的情况下设计出经济、合理和施工简易的防腐涂层,采用合适的施工工艺,控制好施工过程中的关键工序,才能做出合格的涂层。EPC contractor designs coating spraying system according to the coating system design in ISO 12944 The basic steps of design include the determination of corrosion environment,desired protection life(years).type of coating material and thickness of coating.The quality control for key process is very important in the anticorrosion construction process.Firstly,the construction environment and surface preparation should be guaranteed to meet the needs of technical requirements,and the matching and formulating process for two-component coating material need to be well controlled;then,the spraying,curing and recoating assignments should be carried out according to environmental temperature and product performance:finally,the thickness control and final inspection of coating should strictly implement the related standards and ensure safe construction.If an economic,reasonable and simple-construction anticorrosion coating is designed according to the minimum allowable requirements in the tender documents,the qualified coating will be seen by the way of controlling the key procedures in spraying process based on appropriate construction technology.
