摘 要:用DSC-204差示扫描量热仪在不同实验条件下测量乙二醇在0~60℃的比热容,根据测量结果选出DSC法测量原油比热容的最佳实验条件。分析了DSC法测量原油比热容的偶然误差和系统误差,在选出的最佳实验条件下,用DSC法测量23个区块原油的比热容测量值的偶然误差基本在5%以内;比较了采用DSC法和绝热法测量的原油比热容的系统误差,两种方法对5个试样比热容测量值的相对误差均低于7%,校正后相对误差低于3%。实验结果表明:DSC法测量原油比热容的重复性和真实性可满足生产要求。The specific heat capacities of glycol from 0℃ to 60 ℃ were measured at different experiment conditions by DSC-204 type differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The optimum experiment condition for specific heat capacity measurement of crude oil was selected according to the measured results.The accidental errors and system errors of specific heat capacity for crude oil from DSC measurement were analyzed.The accidental errors of specific heat capacity from DSC measurement were basically within 5% for crude oils from 23 different areas in the selected optimum experiment condition.The system errors of specific heat capacity for crude oil from DSC measurement and adiabatic method were compared.The relative error of the measured specific heat capacities for 5 oil samples from both measuring methods was less than 7%.and the relative error was below 3% after being corrected.The experimental results indicate that the authenticity and repeatability of using DSC measuring specific heat capacity for crude oil can meet the demands of production.
