摘  要:目的:对珍珠滴丸进行组方研究,筛选中药新药珍珠滴丸的有效组分配伍,为新药开发打基础。方法:以口腔粘膜溃疡愈合的药效学试验为评价指标,用正交t值法实验设计进行处方组成及其配比研究,通过正交实验的交互作用和方差分析,探讨组方中药味的主次及相互关系。结果:从药效学实验看羊耳菊有极显著性影响(P<0.01),甘草有显著性影响(P<0.05),冰片、珍珠影响不显著。冰片与珍珠有明显的交互作用(P<0.05),根据极差大小最佳配比为羊耳菊、甘草、珍珠和冰片比例为100:20:2:1。结论:四药合用能明显缩短冰醋酸致大鼠口腔粘膜溃疡愈合时间,说明该方组方合理,为中药开发提供了新思路。Objective:Research on prescription composition for Pearl Dropping Pills,screening of new Chinese medicine as an effective component of the Pearl Dropping Pills compatibility,laying the foundation for the development of new drugs.Methods:In oral mucosa of the ulcer healing efficacy tests for the evaluation,t orthogonal experimental design method to carry out a prescription and its ratio of research,through the interaction of orthogonal analysis of variance and to explore the various ingredients used in the preparation and the relationship between primary and secondary.Results:Pharmacodynamics from the experiment to see Inula cappa very significant impact(P〈0.01),Licorice significant impact(P〈0.05),Borneol and Pearl is not significantly affected.Borneol and Pearl significant interaction(P〈0.05),according to the size of very poor ratio for the best Inula cappa,Licorice,Pearl and a ratio of Borneol 100:20:2:1.Conclusion:Four-drug combination can significantly reduce the glacial acetic acid-induced rat oral mucosa ulcer healing time,on the side to a reasonable group for the development of traditional Chinese medicine to provide a new train of thought.
