摘　　要：基于制度经济学和服务产品理论对竞技体育服务产品的无形性、公私混合性、正外部性、供给刚性等经济特性及竞技体育前期劳动显著性、有效竞技能力时效性、生产结果不可预知性等生产特点予以诠释,为中国竞技体育改革提供以下启示:中国竞技体育产权制度应为竞技体育人力资本价格上升提供获利机会;中国竞技体育产权创新应循序渐进允许过渡期产权存在;中国竞技体育生产制度改革要兼顾市场选择与公共选择的统一;建立健全运动员社会保障制度;正外部性竞技体育公共产品需由政府提供。Based on the institutional economics and service products theory,this paper explores the invisible feature,mixed characteristic of the property rights,positive externality and supply rigid of the sports service products,and land significant,time-effective of effective competitive sports ability,the unpredictability of produce results and etc of competitive sports prophase.There are some advisement for competitive sports in china,as the China competitive sports property system should provide profitable opportunity for the price rise of the china＇s competitive sports human capital and take the market and the public choice.The gradual transition healthy property should be allowed to exist China competitive sports property innovation,and establish sound the athlete social security system,and the positive extremity competitive sports public goods should be provided by the government.
