摘　　要：免疫治疗头颈部肿瘤的树突状细胞(DC)疫苗的研究进展,主要涉及DC的生物学特性,DC疫苗抗肿瘤免疫机制,DC与头颈部肿瘤的免疫逃逸,头颈部肿瘤组织局部DC的变化与预后关系,以及使用各种不同方式介导头颈部肿瘤抗原负载DC后制备成肿瘤疫苗的应用,包括凋亡小体负载DC、头颈部肿瘤细胞融合DC、头颈部肿瘤RNA负载DC、p53基因修饰DC疫苗、肿瘤细胞及其裂解物修饰的DC疫苗,对今后的研究方向进行分析和展望。The paper reviewed the progress of immunotherapy of head and neck cancers using dendritic cell（DC）vaccines.It mainly concerned the biological characteristics of DC,the antitumor immune mechanism of DC vaccine,DC and head and neck cancer immune escape,the relationship between local cancer tissue changes and the prognosis of head and neck cancer,and the application of tumor vaccines prepared using a variety of DC-loaded head and neck cancer antigens,including apoptotic bodies,fusion cells,RNAs,p53 gene-modified,cancer cell and its lysates modified vaccines.This paper also analyzed and predicted the directions for future research.
