摘　　要：大肠癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率近年来有上升趋势。目前治疗大肠癌的方法仍以手术为主,辅助其他的治疗,包括化学治疗、靶向治疗、生物治疗、温热治疗及放射治疗等。125I永久性组织间植入内放射作为治疗大肠癌的新的放射疗法,在肿瘤床及淋巴转移途径植入放射性Ⅰ粒子杀伤肿瘤细胞,因此在控制局部复发和远处转移等方面具有独特的优越性,有着广阔的发展前景。The colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors,and its incidence rise in these years.There are many kinds of therapies of colon cancer,but the surgery is still the main treatment method for colorectal cancer,which was used with adjunctive therapy means such as chemical therapy,targeted therapy,biotherapy,heat-therapy,radiotherapy,and so on.It is a new therapeutic approach for Iodine-125 seeds interstitial brachy in therapy of colorectal cancer in radiotherapy,which kills the colorectal cancer cells by Iodine-125 seeds being implanted in the places where tumor grows and may have lymphatic metastasis.This therapy has shown unique profit in controlling of recurrence and metastasis and should have broad prospects.
