摘　　要：肺动脉高压(PAH)是临床常见病之一,其致残率及病死率都很高,是目前重要的医疗卫生保健问题。PAH的准确诊断是一个复杂的过程,常需要借助一些辅助检查。随着影像医学的发展,越来越多的检查方法被用于检测PAH,而合理应用这些检查方法对PAH进行早期诊断有着非常重要的临床意义。Pulmonary arterial hypertension is one of the clinical common diseases,with a high morbidity and mortality,as an important medical and healthcare issue.The accurate diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension is a complex process,often requiring some additional tests.With the development of medical imaging,more and more detection methods are used to identify pulmonary hypertension and the reasonable application of these methods for the early diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension has important clinical significance.
