摘　　要：目的建立广州地区健康儿童血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白及A/G比值的参考范围。方法应用日立7600全自动生化分析仪对广州地区2 960名健康儿童的血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)进行检测,计算球蛋白(GLB)、A/G比值,对结果进行统计分析。结果 TP、ALB、GLB、A/G均不存在性别差异(P>0.05)。儿童蛋白各参考范围为TP 60.17～74.13 g/L,ALB 39.43～48.47 g/L,GLB 18.21～28.29 g/L,A/G 1.46～2.36。各年龄段的蛋白参考范围有统计学差异,TP、ALB、GLB与年龄呈正相关,A/G比值与年龄呈负相关。结论旧的参考范围已不适用于当今儿童,各地、各实验室应测定一批健康儿童的标本,统计出本实验室的参考范围。Objective To establish the normal reference range for serum Total Protein（TP）、Albumin（ALB）、Globulin（GLB） and A/G value of healthy children in Guangzhou region.Method Serum TP and ALB of 2960 healthy children（1710 males,1250 females）living in Guangzhou region were examined by Japanese HITACHI 7600 Automatic Analyzer,followed by calculations for GLB and A/G.Then the data were analyzed with statistical methods.Results There was no difference between boys and girls for serum TP,ALB,GLB and A/G（P〉0.05）,respectively.The normal reference was：TP 60.17～74.13 g/L,ALB 39.43～48.47 g/L,GLB 18.21～28.29 g/L,A/G 1.46～2.36.The normal reference ranges for serum TP,ALB,GLB and A/G showed various degrees of difference during the age groups.There was statistically positive correlation for the age with TP,ALB and GLB,respectively.While negative correlation was found between the age and A/G.Conclusion Since the old normal reference ranges for healthy children do not agree to those nowadays,so in different regions and even different laboratories the normal reference ranges for TP、ALB、GLB and A/G ought to be established.
