摘 要:采用HNC-21TD数控系统,结合绕丝筛管焊接工艺要求,根据预设加工参数自动计算每个焊点的理论位置,并精确控制逆变直流电阻焊机通电完成各点焊接。通过RS232接口实时更改焊接电流大小,以保证全程焊接牢靠。应用高精度位移传感器检测绕丝缝隙尺寸,并反馈到数控系统进行缝隙尺寸误差补偿,消除机械传动误差,构成全闭环控制。实际检测的结果表明,利用该系统加工的绕丝筛管焊接牢靠,缝隙尺寸精度达到0.02 mm。Based on the HNC-21 NC system,according to process requirements and presetting parameters of wire wrapped screen,the theoretical position of each solder joint was calculated automatically,and the inverter DC resistance welding machine was controlled precisely to discharge at various points.To ensure each joint being welded solidly,the welding current was controlled real-time by RS232 serial port.High precision displacement sensor was used to detect the gap size of wire wrapped and to compensate the mechanical transmission error.The gap size error was fed back into NC system to constitute the entire closed-loop control.The practical results indicate that wire wrapped screen machined by the system is welded solidly,and the precision of gap size is 0.02 mm.
