摘  要:针对汽车覆盖件液压机的特点,设计基于比例插装阀的多缸变压边力液压控制系统;基于Simulink建立系统简化模型,确定影响其性能的插装阀的4个主要可调参数,即插装阀阻尼孔直径d,长度l,控制腔弹簧刚度K和预紧力Fs;采用复合形法进行参数组合优化仿真分析并在12500kN汽车覆盖件液压机样机上进行实际测试。结果表明系统动态响应性能得到明显改善。A multi-cylinder variable blank holding force(VBHF) control system based on two-way cartridge valves was designed according to features of the hydraulic press for automobile body panels.Based on the simplified VBHF model in Matlab/Simulink,four adjustable parameters of the two-way cartridge valve were confirmed as the main factors to the performance of the system.They were the diameter and length of the orifice,spring rigidity and pretightness of control cavity.The simulation of combining parameters was made by the complex method.Prototype test was made on 12 500 kN frame hydraulic press.The result demonstrates that the dynamic response performance of VBHF control system is improved significantly.
