基于工序集中的弧面垫的加工与分析

摘　　要：利用加工中心工序集中的特点,将弧面垫在XH718上连续加工完成。分析该弧面垫的特点及加工难点,制定出加工工艺,确定工艺参数并编制出加工程序。与原加工工艺相比,新加工工艺解决了以往加工该类零件时长期占用大型设备的问题,发挥了加工中心的加工优势,有效地节约制造成本,降低劳动强度,减轻生产管理的负担。The cambered surface cushion was machined continuously on XH718 using the characteristic of procedure concentration of the machining center.The characteristics and machining difficulty of the cambered surface cushion were analyzed.Its processing technology,technological parameters and machining program were determined.Compared with original processing technology,this new processing technology solves the problem that the large-scale equipments are occupied for a long time when machining this kind of components,makes full use the superiority of machining center,saves the production cost and reduces the labor intensity.
