摘 要:提出利用缸盖表面的振动信号来诊断柴油机气门间隙异常故障的方法。提取出在非正常气门间隙时的故障振动信号,并用时域和频域相结合的分析法对这些振动信号进行分析比较,找出气门间隙异常故障的频率特性及判断依据。试验结果表明用振动检测技术可以实现不拆卸简易诊断柴油机的气门间隙异常故障。A method was presented in which cylinder cap's surface vibration signals were used to diagnose abnormal state fault of diesel engine valves clearance.The fault signals at different valve clearances were measured and they were analyzed by the method combining time-domain analysis with frequency-domain analysis.Frequency characteristics and identifying method of the abnormal state of engine valve clearance were brought out.The results show that using vibration monitoring technology,the fault of abnormal state of diesel engine valves clearance can be diagnosed without disassembly.
