摘　　要：首先介绍了电信管理网（ＴＭＮ）技术和基于ＴＭＮ的ＳＤＨ网管技术，分析了目前ＳＤＨ网元层管理系统中遇到的困难。接着介绍了开放分布处理（ＯＤＰ）技术及其在开发ＳＤＨ网络层管理系统中的作用。论述了ＯＤＰ的观点和方位，给出了基于ＯＤＰ方法的ＳＤＨ网络层管理系统的设计框架。This Paper introduces Telecommunication Management Network(TMN)and its application in SDH transport network,analyses the obstacle in deployment of the SDH management system on network element layer.Then,it described Open Distributed Processing (ODP) method and its benefits when it is appliced in SDH network layer management system.The viewpoint and aspect of ODP is also introduced,and the framework of designing SDH management system based on ODP is presented.Final,the essential of designing CORBA based SDH Management system is discussed.
