摘  要:高精度移动测量是测量仪中关键性技术,基于静压气浮导轨的工作台在测量领域得到广泛应用。介绍静压气浮导轨的设计方法,对承载能力及气膜刚度进行分析,推导出相应的计算公式,研制出能满足移动精度要求的静压气浮导轨工作台。High-precision mobile measurement is a key technology in measuring instrument.The workbench based on static-pressure air-bearing slider is widely used in the field of measurement.The design method of the static-pressure air-bearing slider was introduced.Its carrying capacity and gas film stiffness were analyzed and the relative formulas were derived.The workbench based on static-pressure air-bearing slider was developed.It can satisfy the requirements of mobile accuracy in the profilograph.
