摘　　要：在轧制过程中,高压水除鳞系统的压力是否稳定会对轧材的表面质量产生很大影响。在VB开发环境下、基于D I-715B数据记录仪开发高压水除鳞压力监测系统。利用该系统能进行系统压力的实时监测、显示以及实现多通道数据的采集,实现对高压水除鳞系统压力高效、全方位的监测。In the rolling process,the stability of the pressure of the high-pressure water descaling system has significant impact on the rolling material surface quality.A high-pressure water descaling pressure monitoring system was developed based on DI-715B data recorder in VB.Using the system,real-time monitoring of the system＇s pressure,display and collection of the multi-channel data could be realized.High-performance,all-round monitoring to the pressure of the high-pressure water descaling system was realized.
