摘　　要：在深入分析精密注塑制品成型要求的基础上,给出精密注塑机控制系统的总体方案。以LPC2294作处理器,运用fuzzyTECH设计模糊控制器,结合传统PID技术,实现对温度、压力、速度等主要工艺参数的模糊PID控制;通过MiniGUI设计注塑机的控制界面以及输入输出设备的驱动;所有任务选用嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-II来协调运行。该注塑机控制系统对各工艺参数的控制效果优良,能够满足精密注塑成型的要求。Based on the analysis of molding requirement of precise injection,the whole control scheme of precision injection machine＇s control system was presented.Taking LPC2294 as the processor,fuzzy controller was designed using fuzzyTECH,combining with traditional PID,the fuzzy-PID controls on the important parameters such as temperature,press and velocity were realized.MiniGUI was used to design the control interface of injection machine and drivers of I/O devices.All tasks were cooperated in the real-rime embedded μC/OS-II.The controls of this system on the process parameters are accurate.It meet the demand of precise injection molding.
