摘  要:[目的]研究新型生长调节剂双氢茉莉酸丙酯(PDJ)对逆境下小麦生长的影响,为新疆小麦高产、稳产提供新的思路。[方法]应用盆栽试验方法,研究了干旱胁迫与PDJ处理下3种新疆小麦生长间的差异。[结果]在PDJ和水分胁迫双重诱导下,乌春1号、新春15号、天山优质1号3种小麦在拔节期叶面积、株高、生物量上都表现出一定的差异,PDJ不同处理下的小麦叶面积、株高、生物量都达到极显著差异,水分含量处理不同时小麦叶绿素含量、生物量达到极显著差异。[结论]在逆境条件下喷施PDJ可以增强小麦的抗逆性,在优越的环境条件下,小麦对PDJ的反应较迟钝,而在一定的胁迫下表现较敏感。[Objective] The new thought of the high and stable yield of wheat planting in Xinjiang was provided through the research on the effect of new type of plant growth regulator prophyl dihydro jasmonate(PDJ) on its growth under bad condition.[Method] The Difference among 3 wheat varieties growth in Xinjiang under the treatment of drought stress and PDJ was analyzed with the potted experiment.[Result] There was a certain difference in the leaf area index(LAI),plant height and biomass among the three wheat varieties: Wuchun No.1,Xinchun No.15 and Tianshan No.1 under the double stress of PDJ and drought.There was a significant difference in the leaf area index(LAI),plant height and biomass of the wheat varieties under the PDJ stress and the difference of the content of chlorophyll and biomass of the wheat varieties was very significant while the content of water in the treatments was various.[Conclusion] Under the bad condition,the resistance of wheat could be strengthened if the PDJ was sprayed.This response of the wheat to PDJ was insensitivity under optimal condition and sensitivity under stress condition.
