摘 要:通过对来自3个栽培种(陆地棉、海岛棉和亚洲棉)的92份棉花资源的9个性状的调查和分析,变异系数、特异材料百分比和Shannon-Weaver多样性值均表明该群体蕴含较丰富的遗传变异;利用软件NTSYS-pc,采用类平均法(UPGMA)对相似系数矩阵和遗传距离矩阵进行聚类分析,结果表明品种间的遗传关系与品种所属的种及系谱吻合性较高;利用软件QGAStation筛选出核心材料22份,方差差异百分率、均值差异百分率、极差符合率和变异系数变化率相关统计学指标显示核心材料组遗传多样性与原群体基本一致。基于表型的遗传多样性分析及核心材料的筛选将为后续的育种工作和基础研究提供重要的参考信息。Investigation and analysis on 9 traits of 92 cultivars from three cultivars(Gossypium hirsutum L.,Gossypium barbadence L.and Gossypium arboretum L.) were carried out,and the result of variation coefficient,special materials percentage and Shannon-Weaver diversity index indicated that this group owned affluent genetic variation;software NTSYS-pc and the unweighted pair group method of arithmetic(UPGMA) were used for the cluster analysis on similarity matrix and genetic distance matrix,and the result showed that the genetic relationship among varieties was highly consistent with the pedigree;22 accessions were sampled from the primary population to make up of the core collection by software QGAStation,the results of variance difference percentage,mean difference percentage,coincidence rate and variable rate showed that the genetic diversity of core materials group was basically consistent with the original group.The results of genetic diversity analysis based on phenotypes and screening of core materials would provide reference for breeding work and foundation research.
