摘 要:[目的]了解烟丝结构对卷烟主要工艺质量的影响。[方法]通过不同整丝率以及相同整丝率不同长、中丝比例的烟丝对卷制后烟支单支重量、硬度、吸阻、端部落丝量等质量指标的影响试验,研究烟丝结构对卷烟主要工艺质量的影响。[结果]烟丝整丝率以及烟丝长、中丝比例的变化对卷制后烟支的单重、单重标偏、吸阻、吸阻标偏、硬度、端部落丝量的影响较大,对圆周及其稳定性的影响不大;整丝率过高或过低对卷烟的单重、单重标偏、吸阻标偏均有不利影响;烟丝整丝率在82%左右,烟丝长、中丝比例在4∶1时,卷制后烟支的总体质量及稳定性最好。[结论]该研究为打叶复考过程中烟叶大中片率的选择以及制丝过程中工艺参数的选择提供参考。[Objective] The study aimed to find the effects of cut tobacco structure on main technology quality of cigarette.[Method] The effects of cut tobacco structure on main technology quality of cigarette were studied through the experiments on the effects of different long strands proportions of cut tobacco and the cut tobacco with same long strands proportions and different rate of long size to middle size of cut tobacco on the qualitative indexes of making cigarette such as single weight of cigarette,degree of hardness,resistance to suction,tobacco loss from cigarette ends.[Result] The change of different long strands proportions of cut tobacco and the cut tobacco with same long strands proportions and different rate of long size had greater effects on single weight and its standard deviation(SD),resistance to suction and its SD,degree of hardness and tobacco loss from cigarette ends of making cigarette and had litter effects on the circumference and its stability of cigarette.Neither too high nor too low long strands proportion of cut tobacco were all no good for single weight,SD of single weight and SD of resistance to suction of cigarette.When the cut tobacco long strands proportion was at about 82% and the rate of long size to middle size of cut tobacco was nearly 4∶1,the cigarette-making quality as a whole and the stability was optimal.[Conclusion] This study provided the reference for the selection of large and middle leaf rate of tobacco in the threshing and redrying process and selection of technology parameter in the cut tobacco making process.
