摘  要:建立直动式三通比例减压阀动态数学模型和Simulink仿真模型,对其在不同出口容腔体积时的频率响应特性进行仿真;构建比例减压阀频响特性试验系统,完成直动式三通比例减压阀频响特性试验。分析与试验表明:比例减压阀的频响带宽与阀的出口容腔体积有直接关系,当出口容腔体积从1.6×10-4m3增加到300×10-4m3时,在额定流量和信号振幅为平均值的33%时比例减压阀-3dB带宽从9Hz减小到0.2Hz。The mathematical model for direct operated three way proportional pressure-reducing value was presented.The simulation model based Simulink software was built.The frequency response characteristics of the valve were simulated.An experimental system for testing the frequency response characteristics was built up.The frequency response experiments were finished.The simulation analysis and the experiments show that the bandwidth of the valve depends on outlet volume.When outlet volume change from 1.6×10-4 m3 to 300×10-4 m3,the bandwidth at -3 dB is from 9 Hz to 0.2 Hz.
