液压系统故障通用检测平台研究

摘　　要：针对目前工程机械液压系统种类繁多、故障检测参数复杂的特点,研究构建工程机械液压系统故障通用检测平台,以满足部队液压系统维修保障的需求。系统地介绍液压系统故障通用检测平台的总体功能与结构组成,讨论其硬件平台的构建方法和液压试验台的工作原理,并开发其软件系统。开发的系统已经在某单位进行了试验,结果表明,该平台具有很好的推广应用价值。Because of the multiple types and complex fault diagnosis parameters,the general-purpose testing platform of engineering machinery hydraulic system was implemented to accomodate the need of maintenance and support of military equipment.The general functions and structure of the testing platform were introduced.The buildup of the hardware,theory of hydraulic operation as well as the software development were discussed too.The general-purpose testing stand has been used in the military unit.The results show that it has a good value.
