摘  要:阐述液压变压器配流盘控制系统的工作原理,在此基础上建立电液伺服阀控缸与配流盘转角间的数学模型,应用PID、FLC(Fuzzy Logic Controller)和Fuzzy-PID3种控制方式对该系统控制性能进行仿真研究,对比3种控制方式的基本性能及其鲁棒性。结果表明Fuzzy-PID具有响应速度快、鲁棒性好、误差较小、抗干扰能力强等优点,可以更有效地完成液压变压器配流盘的控制。The working principle of control system of hydraulic transformer valve plant was described, and based on it, the mathematical model between valve plant control angle and electro-hydraulic servo valve-controlled-cylinder was deduced. After simulation analysis, control performance of the system was carried out by using PID、FLC and fuzzy-PID, and basic performances and robustnesses of these three kinds of control mode were compared. The result shows that fuzzy-PID controller can accomplish control requirements for hydraulic transformer valve plant with advantages in response, robustness, stability and accuracy.
