摘　　要：提出数字质量控制定义、特征,并从实用化角度,讨论企业数字质量控制存在的瓶颈问题。结合机械加工企业质量控制数字化需求,提出企业数字质量控制管理系统的解决方案,对其结构及主要功能进行研究,分析其关键技术。给出基于网络的企业数字质量控制管理系统示例。The digital quality control definition and characteristics were put forward. The bottlenecks existed in enterprise digital quality control were discussed from a practical point of view. With the digital demands of quality control of mechanical manufacturing enterprises, the solution of quality control management system was advanced. Its structure and main functions were researched. Its key technologies were analyzed. The example of web-based enterprise digital quality control management system was given.
