摘  要:利用光纤温度传感器的工作原理,通过对透射光强信号的检测,提出了一种用于电力系统的光电检测法,并重点设计了用半导体吸收式光纤传感器检测电力系统热点温度的硬件电路。根据电力系统的特点及精度要求,阐述和分析了检测系统的原理、组成及性能。理论和实验表明:该系统精度高、抗干扰能力强、测量范围宽、实时性强,精确度和实时性均可满足实际要求。该系统稍加改进对其他强电磁干扰以及易燃易爆场合、狭小空间等特殊工况下的温度检测也有一定的实用性。Based on the principle of optical fiber temperature sensor,a method of optical-electrical testing for electrical power system was proposed.The measurement of the transmitting light intensity was utilized in the method.Also a hardware circuit for semiconductor absorption optical fiber temperature sensor in testing electrical power system hotspot temperature was designed emphatically.According to the characteristic and the accuracy requirement of the electrical power system,the principle,the construction and the function of the testing system were elaborated and analyzed.The theories and experiments show that the proposed circuit system has characteristics of high precision,strong anti-interference ability,wide measurement range and strong real-time.Both the precision and real-time property could meet the demand of the actual application.And the system after a slight modification also suits for other temperature detection under special working condition such as strong electromagnetic interference,combustible and explosive area,limited space.
