世界银行卫生九项目与对照地区暗娼性病相关行为调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过调查了解项目地区和非项目地区的性服务场所暗娼性病相关行为评价卫生九项目干预效果。[方法]每个卫生九项目省各选择两个项目地区和两个非项目对照地区。调查人群为在固定场所提供性服务的暗娼,根据性服务收费的水平,将暗娼所在的场所分为高、中、低3个档次,共计调查2 069人。[结果]共收集有效问卷2028份,有效应答率为98.0%。项目地区暗娼最近1次性行为安全套使用率为78.9%,高于非项目地区的64.8%。项目地区暗娼正确就医率达96.9%,高于非项目地区91.9%。项目地区针对暗娼的干预覆盖率为82.0%,非项目地区为59.5%。两类地区的差异均有统计学意义。[结论]项目针对暗娼的干预活动覆盖了大部分的目标人群,对于改善她们的行为起到了明确的作用。[Objective]To evaluate the effects of Ninth Health Project of World Bank on commercial sex workers in terms of STI-related behaviors.[Methods]Two project cities and two non-project cities were selected from each of the four project provinces.All entertainment centers providing commercial sex service within the cities selected were stratified into high,middle and low price service providers.And commercial sex workers（CSWs）were drawn,using a convenience method,from these three categories at a proportion of 1︰2︰1.[Results]A total of 2028 CSWs were interviewed adding up to 98% of all the SCWs sampled.The proportion of last time sex condom use was 78.9% and 64.8% among CSWs in project and non-project area respectively.96.9% of CSWs in the project area and 91.9% of CSWs in the non-project area sought qualified professional STI service in a timely way.And 82.0% of CSWs in project area while 59.5% of CSWs in non-project area were covered by at least one of the four types of intervention activities investigated.All these indicators turned out to be significantly higher for CSWs in project area.[Conclusion]Ninth Health Project is effective in improving CSWs＇ STI-related behaviors.
