摘 要:[目的]通过观察人在间歇性低氧暴露(IH)下不同时间全血谷胱甘肽(GSH)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的变化,研究间歇性低氧暴露(IH)对体内氧自由基的影响。[方法]以大学生16人为研究对象,分为两组,间歇低氧暴露组(IH,n=8),正常对照组(NC,n=8),其中NC组生活在正常房间中,IH组进住氧浓度相当于海拔2 500 m高度的常压低氧房里生活28 d,通过测静脉血全血GSH含量和GSH-PX活性,观察机体对间歇性低氧的反应。[结果](1)IH组在一次急性暴露后和28 d暴露后安静状态下全血中的GSH含量与入住前有显著性的降低(P﹤0.05);(2)IH组一次急性暴露后运动后与运动前GSH含量有显著性降低(P﹤0.05),且与NC组相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);(3)IH组一次急性暴露后运动后的GSH-PX活性与入住前运动后的GSH-PX活性有显著降低(P﹤0.05),且与安静状态的GSH-PX活性也有显著性降低(P﹤0.01)。[结论]间歇性低氧暴露提高机体的抗氧化能力与体内GSH和GSH-PX水平升高有关。[Objective]By observing the changes of GSH and GSH-PX of athletes in interval hypoxia,to study the effect of interval hypoxia on oxygen free radical.[Methods]16 students of physical education department were divided into IH group(interval hypoxia,IH,n=8)and NC group(normal control,NC,n=8).NC group slept in normal room,and IH group slept in hypoxia room,equal to 2 500m altitude for 28 days.GSH(glutathione,GSH)level and GSH-PX(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)activity were tested from venous blood,observed the effect of interval hypoxia on human body.[Results]The results manifested:(1)GSH level in IH group after mmediate exposure as lower than that on 28 days after first exposure w(P﹤0.05);(2)After immediate exposure,GSH level in IH group after exercise was lower than before exercise(P﹤0.05),and was lower than that in NC group;(3)GSH-PX activity of subjects after exercise after immediate exposure in IH group was lower than pretest(P﹤0.05).And the rest GSH-PX activity was lower than that in NC group(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]The increase of body's antioxidant capacity caused by interval hypoxia exposure is related with elevated levels of GSH and GSH-PX.
