成都市艾滋病监测系统现状及其关键发现

摘　　要：[目的]分析评价成都市艾滋病监测现状,提高监测效果。[方法]对监测系统运行情况、2006~2009年病例报告、哨点监测、自愿咨询检测（VCT）资料进行分析。[结果]成都市艾滋病监测网络逐步完善;检测份数和报告病例年均增长速度为30.65%和36.06%;异性和同性传播逐年上升,注射吸毒逐年下降（P﹤0.01）;样本来源于医院、VCT的比例逐年上升,羁押人群比例逐年下降（P﹤0.01）;报告病例约2/3为既往感染,60.61%的艾滋病病人样本来源于医院;哨点监测吸毒者、男男性接触者、暗娼的检出率中位数为5.25%、9.61%、0.43%;VCT检出率达1.78%。[结论]成都市艾滋病监测体系健全,监测力度大,大量的既往感染者被发现;哨点监测效率高;医院已成为发现HIV/AIDS的主要窗口,VCT成为接近高危人群,早期发现阳性病例的重要途径。[Objective]To analyze and evaluate the epidemic situation of AIDS surveillance,improve the surveillance effect.[Methods]Analyzed materials such as situation of current surveillance system,reported cases from 2006 to 2009,situation of pilot surveillance and VCT,etc.[Results]The AIDS surveillance network was improved step by step.Detected cases and reported cases were both increasing greatly,respectively with year rate of 30.65% and 36.06%.Sexual intercourse（both heterosexual and homosexual）as the major route of HIV transmission became more and more important yearly,while drug-injector＇s rate declined significantly（P﹤0.01）.The positive rate of detected samples from hospital and VCT increased yearly,while that from detained population declined significantly（P﹤0.01）.Two third of reported cases were past infection,60.61% of AIDS samples were from hospital.Medians of positive rates of sentinel surveillance drug-injectors,MSM,CSW were 5.25%,9.61% and 0.43%.Positive rate of VCT samples was 1.78%.[Conclusion]With the development of AIDS surveillance system,larger past infection population is detected.Surveillance rate of pilot is higher.Hospital becomes the main window to detect HIV/AIDS.VCT is an important way to access high-risk groups and detect positive case on the early time.
