摘 要:在压力容器及压力管道保温层厚度的设计中,准确知道各保温影响因素对保温效果的影响,综合考虑各影响因素,合理确定保温层厚度是一大难题。目前,关于保温影响因素对保温性能影响研究很少涉及。文中研究压力容器及压力管道的传热机理,通过建立有限元数学模型,模拟保温材料在不同环境温度、黑度、保温层厚度、对流换热系数等影响因子下的传热状况,得出了各参数对保温效果影响的敏感性,为保温设备保温层设计提供了科学指导。In the pressure vessel and pressure pipe insulation thickness design,how to accurately know the impact of various factors on the thermal insulation effect,comprehensive consideration of various factors to rationally determine the thickness of an insulation layer is a major problem.At present,studies of the impact of such factors on the thermal insulation performance are rarely made.In this paper,the pressure vessels and the pressure piping heat transfer mechanism are studied by setting up a finite element mathematical model,simulating the thermal insulation material at different ambient temperatures,different degrees of blackness,different insulation thicknesses,and effects of the convective heat transfer coefficient factors under the heat conditions,so that the insulating effect of various parameters on the sensitivity of the impact is determined.To the insulation layer design the result of this research might provide scientific guidance.
