摘 要:在进行地面热油管道油品输送时,为了减少运行管道热量散失,节约燃料,常对管道加设保温层,考虑到保温层投资费用,常进行保温层经济厚度计算。目前,在工程上常用试算法,这样计算工作量大,效率不高。文中对地面热油管道经济保温层算法进行了推导,应用EXECL中规划求解程序编制了完善的计算程序,并结合实例进行了计算。结果表明:该程序使得计算结果精度比较高,工作效率得到了提高。When a ground hot oil pipeline is engaged in oil transportation,in order to reduce heat loss in the running pipeline and save fuels energy,the pipeline usually needs to have an ultra insulating layer.Considering costs of the insulating layer,the economical thickness of the insulating layer often needs to be determined.At present,in such an engineering aspect,this paper usually have to adopt a trial method which brings great computational complexity and has a low efficiency.This paper derives the algorithm of the economical insulating layer of the ground hot oil pipeline by applying Excel programming in conjunction with real examples.The results show that the procedure makes the precision relatively high,so the work efficiency is improved.Applications of it in practice is suggested.
