摘　　要：中国人口红利刘易斯拐点正在到来,在后红利时代,中国人口红利的影响因素不断发生改变。这些因素直接体现在企业层面、政府层面、市场层面、社会层面和国际层面,影响到人口红利的获得与实现、数量和质量变化、空间和时间分布、国际和国内的分配,这些因素及其导致的特征对中国未来产业结构调整和收入分配制度的改革将会产生影响。Lewis Turning-Point of Chinese population bonus is arriving.In the post-population bonus era,the factors influencing Chinese population bonus are constantly changing,which appear directly in enterprises,government,market,society and the globe.These factors will affect the realization,acquisition,variation of quantity and quality,temporal-spatial and international-domestic distribution of population bonus.These factors and characteristics will have great influence on China’s future industrial structure and reform of income distribution system.
