摘 要:政府绩效管理是西方国家新公共管理运动中涌现出来并取得较大成效的政府管理改革举措。近年来,政府绩效管理引入中国并与政府管理体制改革逐渐结合,日益成为中国行政管理体制改革的热点问题。但是,目前中国的政府绩效管理存在着某些亟待纠正的认识和实践误区,要走出这些误区,必须以科学发展观为指导,树立正确的政府绩效管理观,切实推进政府绩效管理。Government performance management is a reform of government management that arose in the new public management movement in the western countries and made tremendous achievements.In recent years,government performance management was introduced into China and combined with the reform of government management system,becoming a hot topic in Chinese administrative system reform.However,there exist misunderstandings in China with regards to government performance management,which call for immediate correction.It is suggested that government performance management in China should be guided by the scientific outlook on development so that accurate comprehension of the correct is possible and effective measures can be worked out to promote government performance management in the country.
