摘 要:拉挤GFRP型材具有稳定的力学性能和抗腐蚀能力,用于栏杆结构中可防盗、免维护,并能设计出丰富的外观效果,在城市公共基础设施,尤其是景观桥梁中具有广阔的应用前景。本文对GFRP栏杆的结构性能进行了系统研究,对比了国内外规范对栏杆结构的基本设计要求,建议了设计目标;对一种用于GFRP栏杆的拉挤型材进行了轴压和弯曲试验,得到了其受力性能;再通过计算对这种栏杆的安全性和经济性进行了分析。结果表明,GFRP栏杆结构具有较高的安全储备和较好的经济效益。本文建议的设计方法可为同类产品的开发提供参考。As pultruded FRP(fiber reinforced polymer) profiles have stable mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,the railing system made of them may achieve the benefits of thief-proof and free-maintenance.The GFRP railing can be designed to many pleasant aesthetic effects,which shows wide application prospect for infrastructures,in particular for landscape bridges.A systematic study on structural behaviors of GFRP railing is conducted.Based on the comparison of the design criteria for GFRP railing structure in domestic and international specifications,a proper criterion is proposed.The mechanical properties of a pultruded GFRP profile for railing system are acquired by tests in bending and compressive.Base on above,the safety and the economy of GFRP railings are analyzed.The result shows that the FRP profile railing system has high safety storage and less cost.The presented design method can be referred for the similar products.
