大学生“新失业群体”出现的经济学分析与应对策略

摘　　要：以劳动力市场分割理论、人力资本理论和职业搜寻理论分析了当前大学生"新失业群体"出现的原因,并提出相关的应对策略,包括:优化制度环境,努力构建合理的劳动力市场间人才流动机制;建立完善的就业信息发布体系;构建大学生失业的政府保障模式,落实财政帮扶政策。According to the labor market segmentation theory,the human capital theory and the occupation search theory,the article analysed the reasons of the ＂new unemployed group＂ appearance of current students,and suggested the related strategies,these are including the optimizing the system circumstance,industriously to construct a reasonable flow mechanism of talent between the labor market;establish and improve the employment information release system;construct the government guarantee model for the university unemployment and the implement financial aid policy.
