摘　　要：教学改革是培养拔尖创新人才的重要依托。高等学校要以推进新一轮教学改革为契机,加大教学改革力度:以转变教学观念为先导,为创新人才培养营造良好氛围;以深化课程改革为重点,为创新人才培养打好知识基础;以强化实践教学为核心,为创新人才培养提供实践基地;探索稳定的产学研结合机制,为创新人才培养提供制度保障。The teaching reform is an important foundation to train the top-notch creative talents,the university should take a new round of teaching reform as an opportunity to increase the teaching reform,which including： to transform the teaching concept for the pilot and create a good atmosphere for innovative talent training;to put the focus on the deepening of curriculum reform and lay a solid knowledge base for innovative talent training;to strengthen the practice of teaching as the core and provide the creative talent training for practical base;to explore the stable combination mechanism for the industry-school-research to provide an institutional guarantee for the innovative talent training.
