内蒙古体育专业男篮及男足运动员体格特点分析

摘　　要：为了解内蒙古体育专业男子篮球、足球大学生运动员的体格特点,对内蒙古某高校体育学院95名男子篮球专项运动员、94名男子足球专项运动员的身高、体重、皮褶厚度等进行测量,计算体质指数、克托莱指数,用长岭和Brozek公式估算体成分。结果发现,内蒙古男篮运动员各体格指标均高于男足运动员,且除肱三头肌皮褶、肩胛下皮褶和体脂百分比外,其他指标间均存在显著性差异;与其他资料比较发现,除内蒙古男篮运动员的身高明显低于河北省男篮运动员外,内蒙古男篮、男足运动员的体格特点与河北省同项目、同水平的运动员相似,但与全国优秀运动员之间存在较大差距。表明受运动项目特点影响,内蒙古男篮运动员比男足运动员体格更强壮,身体充实度更好;同时也提示应加强对内蒙古体育专业男足、尤其是男篮运动员的科学选材和专项力量方面的训练。To explore the physical characteristics of basketball and football players,height,weight and skinfold thickness were measured in 95 man basketball and 94 man football players of sports major from Inner Mongolia.Body mass index（BMI） and Quetlet index were calculated,and the body composition was estimated by using Changling′s and Brozek′s models.The results showed that all of the physical items except the triceps,subscapular skinfolds and body fat percent of the man＇s basketball players were higher significantly than those of the man＇s football players in Inner Mongolia.The physical characteristics of man＇s basketball and man＇s football players from Inner Mongolia were similar to those from Hebei province,respectively,but height of man＇s basketball players in Hebei Province was higher significantly than that of Inner Mongolia.The physical development of man＇s basketball and man＇s football players from Inner Mongolia were obviously lower than that of national first-class athletes respectively.In conclusion,the physique of man＇s basketball players was stronger than that of man＇s football players from Inner Mongolia because of the traits of sport events.The selecting material and training should be paid much attention to man＇s basketball and man＇s football players in Inner Mongolia.
