摘　　要：党的建设科学化是党的十七届四中全会提出的全新概念。高校基层党建工作是党的建设的重要组成部分。本文在深刻理解党建科学化的基础上,思考并提出以提升软实力建设为抓手,不断创新高校基层党建工作。Scientific party construction is a brand new concept put forward in the 4th Session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC）.Grassroots party construction in universities is a critical component of party construction work.This paper,based on a deep understanding of scientific party construction,attempts to reflect on and put forward measures to promote building soft power so as to keep innovating grassroots party construction in universities.
