摘　　要：异黄酮类化合物染料木素具有明显的雌激素样作用、抗癌、防治骨质疏松、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化等生理活性。近年来已逐渐成为国内外学者研究的热点。本文着重对染料木素的结构修饰进行了综述,以促进其研究和应用。Genistein,the isoflavone compound,had many biological activities such as estrogen-like effects,prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,anti-cancer,anti-tumor,antioxidant,hypolipidemic,anti-atherosderosis and so on.In recent years,it gradually became a hotspot to research on genistein by the scholars at home and abroad.The structure modifications of genistein were reviewed,which aimed at promoting its research and application.
