摘　　要：通过对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(简称AEMES)小试所确定的工艺路线及条件进行了中试放大试验研究,确定了最佳中试工艺条件为:酯化反应温度80℃,醚酐投料摩尔比为1:1.05,酯化时间6hr,催化剂ZY-1;磺化反应温度70℃,酐盐投料摩尔比为1:1.05,磺化时间2hr。中试产品的各项技术指标除亚硫酸钠含量外均达到了轻工业行业标准"磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐(送审稿)"指标要求,但最终产品无需加双氧水,亚硫酸钠含量25℃放置5天或45℃保温1天后其含量即可达到指标中不大于0.2%的要求。According to process route and conditions decided by small scale test,disodium alkyl polyoxyethylene（3） ether sulfosuccinate（AEMES） was pilot produced.The optimal process conditions were that esterification temperature 80℃,n（Ether）：n（anhydride）=1：1.05,esterification time 6h,catalyst ZY-1,sulfonation temperature 70℃,n（anhydride）：n（salt）=1：1.05,and sulfonation time 2h.Technical indexes except sodium sulfite content reached the requirements of light industry standard of ＂Disodium sulfosuccinate（manuscript）＂.The final product without adding hydrogen peroxide,sodium content can be no more than 0.2% of the requests at the conditions of 25℃ for 5 days or 45℃ for 1 day.
