摘　　要：用数学方法对迈克尔逊等倾干涉图样进行了分析,获得了干涉条纹的条纹半径和条纹宽度随干涉图样级次的变化规律以及条纹宽度随两平面镜之间距离的变化关系。Michelson equal inclination interference pattern is analyzed with mathematical methods.The regularities in change of the interference fringe radius and fringe width which varies with the interference pattern（k） and the distance（d） between mirrors M1 and M2 are acquired.
