摘　　要：对于青年编辑,工作一段时间后,觉得编辑是一个很简单的工作,没有挑战性,产生倦怠情绪,对工作失去激情,在编辑工作处理中有些不妥之处,文章从思想上、编辑过程、出刊之后的处理三个方面分析了青年编辑工作中的几个欠妥行为。Working for some times , young editors for university academic journals thought that edit was a simple job which was no challenging, and felt boring. There were some improper behaviors in the working. In the paper, it analyzes the improper behaviors from the thought, the course of edit and handling of later period.
