维生素AD滴剂联合儿康宁支持治疗小儿腹泻病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察维生素AD滴剂(贝特令)联合儿康宁支持治疗小儿腹泻病的疗效。方法:192例腹泻患儿在对症支持治疗基础上,观察组联合应用维生素AD滴剂与儿康宁2周,对照Ⅰ组单服维生素AD滴剂2周,对照Ⅱ组单服儿康宁2周,对照III组仍为基础治疗。比较各组有效率及症状、体征缓解时间及出院后3个月内感染性疾病的发病率。结果:观察组与对照组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。各组止吐时间、退热时间比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。观察组止泻时间与对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.05、3.36、3.70,P均<0.01)。观察组出院后3个月内感染性疾病的发病例次与对照Ⅲ组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.95,P<0.01)。结论:维生素AD滴剂联合儿康宁治疗小儿腹泻病有一定疗效,比单用维生素AD滴剂或儿康宁效果更好。Objective：To observe the curative effect of combined application of Vitamin AD Drops and Erkangning in treating infantile diarrhoea.Methods：The treating group took Vitamin AD Drops and Erkangning for two weeks.The control groupⅠonly took Vitamin AD Drops for two weeks,the control group Ⅱonly took Erkangning for two weeks,the control group III did not took Vitamin AD Drops or Erkangning.They all received the same basic remedy.Their efficiency and the symptoms,difference of body improvement were compared between these groups and the incidence of infectious diseases in three months post-discharge were also compared.Results：The efficiency between these groups showed no statistical significance（P0.05）.Compared with the control groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,the time to check diarrhea in the treatment group had statistical significance（t=3.05,3.36,3.70,P0.01）.Compared with the control group Ⅲ,the incidence of infectious diseases in three months post-discharge had statistical significance（χ2=7.95,P0.01）.Conclusions：Vitamin AD Drops and Erkangning are worth popularizing in treating infantile diarrhoea.
