摘　　要：建立回溯期刊数据库就是将期刊文献信息资源电子化,并用科学方法将它们合理组织成相互关联的数据集合,存放在计算机存储器中,便于有关软件存取,供读者利用,并针对建库过程中遇到的问题,做了大量的分析且提出了期刊著录方言的合理化建议。A retrospective periodical literature database is an electronic information resources,and use scientific methods to their legitimate organization or collection of interrelated data stored in computer memory,and easy access to the software for readers to use library for this article problems encountered in the process of doing a lot of analysis and bring forward rationalization proposals on perioclical description.
